Transformation designed
in a real staffroom

Our education practice wasn't learned from case studies — it was built by designing, deploying and running school platforms in daily use, and teaching the staff and pupils who use them. That's why our systems get adopted where others gather dust.

Is this you?

The signs we're usually called for

  • Reporting season costs teachers their evenings — and consistency suffers anyway.
  • AI is in your classrooms already, with or without a policy.
  • Operations run on paper, memory and the goodwill of the office team.
  • Technology purchases keep happening; transformation somehow doesn't.
What we deliver

Scope, in plain terms

Whole-school digital transformation

An integrated approach across workflows, reporting, communications and operations — sequenced so each system proves value before the next begins, and staff are carried along rather than dragged.

Assessment & reporting systems

Structured, validated report and assessment workflows that produce consistent documents from clean data — protecting both teacher time and reporting quality.

Safe AI adoption & teacher tools

AI policy, staff training and practical teacher-facing tools — lesson support, drafting, administration — with human judgement kept firmly in charge. Built on experience deploying AI-assisted platforms in a live school.

Digital literacy programmes

Structured programmes for staff, pupils, parents and community — from AI awareness to online safety — with attendance, feedback and impact evidence built in for leadership and governors.

How the engagement works

From first call to running system

01

Transformation audit

We review your systems, workflows and staff pain points — classroom and office — and rank opportunities by impact on time and quality.

02

Pilot with one workflow

One high-pain process (often reporting or a tracking workflow) becomes the proof: built, adopted, measured.

03

Scale on evidence

Successful pilots extend across the school on a sequenced roadmap that respects term-time reality.

04

Embed & train

Staff training, documentation and governance — so the transformation survives staff turnover and belongs to the school, not to us.

A whole-school platform suite

For a South-East London independent school we designed and deployed five integrated platforms — including AI-assisted service management and assessment reporting — alongside 48+ pupil coding club sessions and 20+ community digital literacy workshops.

FAQs

Fair questions

Do you understand school data sensitivities?

Deeply — safeguarding-aware design, data minimisation and role-based access are defaults in everything we build for schools, and AI systems are scoped so pupil data stays protected.

Term time is chaos. When does work happen?

We plan around the school calendar: builds and migrations in holidays, training in INSET windows, pilots timed away from assessment pressure points.

Can you work with our existing MIS?

Usually yes — most of our school systems are designed to complement the MIS, handling the workflows it doesn't, rather than replacing it.
